Terms & Conditions
 

All students who have been accepted by the Bhuiyan Institute of Technology (BIT) registered as Bhuiyan IT Limited. here in after referred as the BIT will be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Enrolling for a course at the BIT constitutes a binding agreement on the student to follow the course and to pay the required fees in advance.
  2. All declarations made in this Application From for admission are accepted in good faith. Any false declaration about qualifications or age, or failure to produce documentary evidence of entry qualifications, may render a student liable to expulsion from the BIT.
  3. Classes start on 15 th March/15 th June/15 th September/15 th December of each year. Students are prepared by the BIT for the examinations to be held for the following year only.
  4. Admission to the BIT does not guarantee that a student will be automatically accepted by the NCC, UK, London Metropolition University of Keele University, UK.
  5. Installments of the fees are payable by the 7 th of each month. In the case of default, a fine of Tk. 5/- (five taka) will be imposed per day till the arears are cleared. This penalty shall be imposed for a maximum of sixty (60) days, after which, the name of the defaulter will be struck off. The student will be required to admit himself/herself, a fresh on payment of admission fees and including arears in full. However admission is dependent on permission from the BIT authority in writing.
  6. The BIT reserve the right to strike off the name of any defaulter at any time. Furthermore, it is at the discretion of the authority to decide whether or not a defaulter will be accepted for readmission.
  7. The schedule of fees is subject to revision by the BIT & other relevant concerned authorities, at any time without prior notice.
  8. Late entrants are required to pay full fees from the commencement of the session.
  9. All Kind of fees are not refundable at any circumstances
  10. Students unsuccessful at any final examinations and students who have discontinued their studies will be able to repeat the course with the next batch on payment of 55% of the usual fees, as fixed for the next batch, provided the student has paid all the required installment (S) of the previous session in full. This concession will also be enjoyed by students who have paid their fees in full, but who did not sit for the final examinations and who are willing to repeat the course with the next batch.
  11. Students are required to attend classes regularly and punctually and must attend at least 80% of the classes as an official requirement of the BIT. The BIT reserves the right to report to sponsors, other interested parties or authorities about students who do not observe the rule. where a student has been absent for reasons of ill health, a doctor's certificate must be provided to cover the entire period of absence.
  12. Students unable to join their course by the scheduled date must inform the BIT accordingly at least two weeks prior to the starting date of their course. Any applications for department of the starting date which are not received within the specified time, will only be accepted at the discretion of the BIT authority.
  13. Students who change address must notify the BIT immediately. The BIT will not accept any responsibility for the loss of mail if a student fails to notify the authority of his/her change of address.
  14. Important notices for students are displayed on the BIT notice board and it is the Student's responsibility to ensure that they read it.
  15. Discipline of the BIT must be maintained. In case of breach of discipline, action will be taken by the management as would be deemed fit. Discipline is termed as the code of conduct expected by the BIT. If student fails to adhere to any or all of the conditions in this agreement, he/she will be considered to be in breach of discipline.
  16. The Identity card will remain valid for the period mentioned on the card. It will cease to be valid as soon as the student leaves the BIT, upon the date expiry of the card, completion of study or due to striking off the name of the student.
  17. It is compulsory for a student to sit for the Mid-Term tests, Mock examinations and any class test, if a student is absent, his or her parents/guardians will be informed forthwith.
  18. Students of the BIT are not allowed to form any Student's Union or Organization and to take part in political activities or to display any such activities in the BIT premises. Students of the BIT are prohibited to go on strike, leaving normal classes, Mock Exam, etc.
  19. The BIT reserve right to require a student to leave a course at any stage if the student does not fulfill the requirements or if a student's presence would in the opinion of the BIT be detrimental to the satisfactory running of a course.
  20. Student must be receive a BIT printed receipt whenever they pay admission fees or any kind of fees No claim without the BIT receipt of payment will be entertained Whatsoever.
  21. For the breach of any of the aforesaid clauses, strong disciplinary action will be taken by the BIT authority.
  22. If the application from is signed on behalf of the student by a sponsor / guardian / representative, these conditions will still apply.
  23. BIT reserves the right to prohibit any student who fails the mid term & class examinations from sitting from sitting for the final examination, or if it is felt that he or she has not attained required Skills and knowledge to pass, or She/He failed to pay the required fees to the BIT.
